  Completely unreliable and unprofessional on not one, but two occasions. Very disappointing. Not recommended.
  
  The above comments are based on our experience of booking an appointment for a measure and installation at 2pm Saturday.
  I was home all day on the day of appointment and when I checked my phone at 130pm, Glen had left a voicemail saying he was at my house at 1250pm and asking was anyone home? When I called back, he said he was now over the other side of town and wouldn't be able to attend the job that day. I stated my confusion as to why there was an issue as my booking had been for 2pm... Glen mentioned he had 1pm in his diary but upon calling the office was advised the appointment was for 2pm - yet he didn't stick around and On Site Flyscreens' seemingly poor internal communication / management had ultimately become our issue. We rebooked for Thursday 930am directly with Glen. Skip forward to Thursday 950am and I phoned Glen to enquire as to his whereaboouts, he asked was I waiting on him, as if it would be odd to be waiting for someone 20mins post an agreed appointment time. He assured me that he was 5km away. At 1020am my husband called the office and we were told that there was nothing in the diary and that he would call Glen. They phoned back to say that they hadn't been able to get through to Glen. At that point we told them to forget about the job - how many chances can you give someone? I'm not sure exactly what went wrong on this occasion and I don't care to find out - I have no interest in dealing with this business in the future and have rebooked with a hopefully(!) more reliable business.
