Looking for prams and car seats has been a bit overwhelming. Their product knowledge and experience as parents had helped me to choose the right pram and car seat for me. I loved the one on one service I got and the extra mile they went. I highly recommend this store.

My most preferred store in Melbourne for newborn and toddler things. Spent thousands here and each staff member have been great to deal with. Also reliable with follow up calls when stock comes in. Baby car seats are fitted in parking lot with bookings. You will save hundreds shopping here. Thanks for the great service staff.

We purchased a baby seat a few months ago and David the salesperson helped us to the car with our new product and to my shock even installed it for us. He noticed we needed a bit of extra help and straight away without us asking put it in, old fashioned service and really affordable quality. My family will always visit your showroom, thankyou.

After that headache after headache after headache - staff don't communicate one tells you one thing the other tells you something different total run around - forget a courteous apology.
They are happy to take your money once you pay them forget anything else!
Certain staff need to learn customer service skills and how to speak to people.
Little advice leave your attitude at the door before you start work !! Terrible will not be going to this store ever again. What an experience !
