  The team at spec savers Epping are fantastic staff and very helpful. Had to place an order for contact lenses and was assisted by Isshkaar she organised everything for me very promptly, Great customer service skills, very friendly and was greeted with a cheerful smile. I was expecting the turnaround time for my lens to be around 1 week which was normal, I could not believe when I received a phone call from the same staff member Isshkaar 1 day after the order was placed that my contact lens had arrived. That's first class and very impressive service. I'm a very satisfied and a happy customer. Well Done to all the staff and Spec Savers Epping.

  Isshkar is very wonderful and helpful. She is so patient and lovely. She provides such excellent customer services. She helps me choosing the frame that is suitable for me and also advises me the lens type that solves my problem. She is really a great asset to Specsavers. Thanks very much for her excellent service

  Awesome staff members, all very helpful and kind. Have bought about 4 pairs of glasses with them and just recently ordered contact lenses with no hassle and nothing but great experiences. Highly recommend for a super efficient and positive visit.

  I've been using Specsavers - Epping for maybe 10 years now and I have always found them to be attentive. I found this time, the visit for eye testing was smooth and there was a reasonable selection of frames in a good price range. The delivery was smooth and the glasses are a good fit. I was advised that there is a 3 month "satisfaction guarantee" which I have used once before and if things don't seem quite right, go back, get things checked out. I wear mulitfocals and sometimes the focal point for the reading area isn't quite right. For me, this time, they appear excellent.

  The staff were the most helpful and explained everything in detail. My appointments were during peak times so there was a bit of a wait but the customer service from the team at Epping was the best of any Specsavers store in my opinion. Clean environment, reasonable prices and lots of option as well. Would definitely recommend.
