  If I can, I will leave them with 0 star . I would like to share my experience at Results Laser & Cosmetic Clinic - Epping.
  
  I visited this place on Sunday and booked my last laser appointment for Monday at 3:55 PM. They confirmed that it will be my last appointment for the total package. On Monday, after the session, they asked for the payment. I explained to them clearly that it was the last sitting and I have paid this in advance. I was waiting there for the 2 min session of underarms for nearly 30 minutes, they have done all other paperwork but never mentioned anything for the payment until the session finished. I was trying to explain to her that please check your system that I have paid already but they keep asking for the name of the person I dealt with at the first stage.
  
  After that they wants to put my name under bad debts and claim that Head office will call you payment. I clearly told them that you can not charge twice . I paid the money again for today session but they never provided any payment receipt until I went back and asked for it. I did not ask for a receipt in the past when I paid but this time I had no faith left.
  
  I would like to request everyone to be careful and do not recommend this place to anyone.
  
  This was the last time I have visited this place.

  I booked my appointment online for epping laser clinic for 1100 am. I reached clinic on time. However, there was two dumb girls on the duty. One of them said i have appointment at 1125 am so go for a walk and come back. I came back again in half an hour but girl did not take me in for 45 mins for my scheduled appointment. After one of another girl took me inside the room. When i was in the treatment room the other girl interrupted and said she is my client. I came out with her. Then she asked which service i want to have. I told her and she replied i don't have appointment. I left my kids with someone and i requested the girl to do My treatment . The dumb girl said no we don't have time. I again said look i booked my appointment online please do not do this. They they did not listen me at all.
  I even complaint to head office they even did not do anything. They just offered me new appointment. But it not the solution. Really not happy with the service.

  Had a treatment done by Myra a few weeks ago. Very professional and friendly, also made me feel comfortable all through out my treatment.

  I’m not normally one to complain and I feel a bit bad leaving a negative review because a couple of the girls that I was in with were really nice however I’m really disappointed with my experience here from a professional point of view. The first time a walked in to purchase packages for laser hair removal I confirmed many times with the girl where I particularly wanted my face treated (while pointing it out with my hands) and she repeatedly said I didn’t need to purchase a full face she would write in the description that the area was extended so it worked out cheaper for me. I told her I didn’t care about the money I just want to make sure that I was going to get the area that I requested treated. She reassured me that I would. The first time I went in for my treatment I got the same girl that I purchased the packages from so that treatment went all good. Every single time after that was so distressing because I was told that they couldn’t do it unless I paid the extra money. I have had to explain myself every single time. As I said to all the girls, it’s not about the money but I was made to feel like a liar that was trying to get more than paid for. After all that I purchased another laser treatment for a different area which they had 50% off but I told the girl that I wanted to pay as I go this time. She said no problem the price is still 50% off whether you purchase multiple or not. I rebooked and the next time I went in, the treatment was still 50% off but when I got to the counter a different girl asked me if I wanted to purchase a package or if I was paying as I go. I told her I wanted to pay as I go and then she said that the treatment is full price. I don’t understand how that is possible when the previous time I paid the special price as a once off and the next time I can’t when it clearly was still on special. Also what I think is wrong is if you are going to charge clients like this then you should explain this before you take them in the room and complete the treatment. I spent over $1,000 in treatments at this clinic and I can’t believe that clients are treated this way. It’s just not right. I will not be going back here nor will I recommend it to anyone.

  very good service! my hair is gone on my face. the girls in epping clinic are very nice and they help me with best price
