  Did an echocardiogram. Woman doing it was European and had a strong accent. She was extremely rude from the beginning. My appoyment was at 2:30 and they told me to wait till 2:40. Then the woman doing the scan told me she will do a quick job because I was late.
  
  During the scan she was very rude. At the end she told me to give some paper to the front desk. She got up and left without saying anything. As she left I got up and asked her if my scan was ok, she replied without even looking at me while walking off “your doctor will tell you”
  
  My results have been late, and the woman on the front desk was so rude when I called. Never go here

  My partner recently went for a scan and the staff, Debi was friendly and helpful. Even the technicians were friendly and helpful for her as she was abit nervous.. This is our 2nd visit and it's been great. Would be happy to recommend anyone!

  I Had my ultrasound today, didn’t get a single photo of my baby and I’ve been told this will be my only proper ultrasound until baby is born. I had to take a photo using my phone of my baby on the machine. How sad for new parents and then to pay $260 to walk out empty handed with nothing to remember the experience or not even an Ultrasound photo of your own baby. All I was told was the machine being used didn’t print photos so why did you use it for me knowing I’m getting an ultrasound done of my own baby. Times like this parents want to keep these pictures for memories. I’m so disappointed the photos on my phone are blurry because of the machine aswell. Pregnancy/babies are such a blessing and meant to be a wonderful experience don’t ruin it for other parents because your too lazy to print photos or to set up other machines.

  This place needs to sack there cleaners.
  finger prints all over changing rooms.
  MRI is full of dark marks.
  Everything out of date.
  
  Pls clean your products especially if people are laying down on machines.
