    Abysmal customer service.
    Abrupt & rude staff. On top of that they refused my 3 year old daughter the use of their toilet. Needless to say, we will not be back.

    This store we've used a few times for party supplies , but we use to use the store in Moonee ponds ! Always found them to be prompt and cost effective. Last example was my mother in laws 70th which they made table balloon displays , that was six months ago and they're still standing (although a little saggy) . I can't recall having to complain about there balloons being below par ! Of course there's everything else to do with parties and fancy dress , awesome stuff.

    Was sent on a wild goose Chase, rang and asked for a costume in stock to which they said yes we have 2 available, get there and they can't find them. But was told another store had some, which I asked if they could call and make sure. Not very reliable at all.
