  Harcourts Rata & Co- Best of the Best.
  Robert Ozzimo and Joel Viavattene from Harcourts Rata & Co were given the responsibility from myself and my siblings to sell our mothers family home. On auction day the 15th April, the rest of the Harcourts team were there in numbers. The journey we had from the day 1 to the moment the hammer went down was professional, flawless and on point. Research data provided, strategic planning meetings, excellent digital marketing, correspondence reporting after every open with feedback from every prospect outlined, and week by week overview from Rob and Joel on how things were tracking. The auction conducted by Rob, was first class. The prospects who came to bid and the on lookers, were totally engaged by the performance. Joel was an integral part of this amazing journey handling all the opens, getting as much feedback as possible and same day correspondence reporting back to us. His presence and understanding of the buyers on the day played an integral part of the success. On the auction day the rest of the team from Harcourts worked hard individually with every prospect at every bid ensuring the maximum potential was achieved. The amazing result over our expectations is credited to all involved and we cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend Harcourts & Rata, truly professionals at what they do.

  Had a wonderful experience with Harcourts with the recent sale of our home. Alex was caring, knowledgeable and attentive to all of our concerns and needs. He always kept us up to date, was always working closely with our property (always attentive), managed our expectations realistically according to current market conditions & was a very helpful guide on how to prepare for and deal with the entire process. Warren also deserves a special mention - he was so pleasant to deal with and is lucky to be under the guidance of Alex - I'm sure Warren will develop into a excellent agent! Thank you Harcourts Rata & Co - Could not recommend any more highly.

  when things are 'good' they are ordinary; when things are bad - you deal with HARDCOURTs - pain in the butt
  
  Harcourts were engaged to manage my rental property.
  They did a shocking job of finding new tenants; providing little feedback about obvious problems that deterred tenants. I expect their actions resulted in the property being vacant for an extra 3 weeks.
  The maintenance crew they engaged did a substandard job, and when I requested evidence of their do-over, nothing was given.
  I have now decided to move away from them and I feel they are intentionally causing me grief.
  I see this as petty and vindictive.
  I've contacted their local management, and national management; I'll let you know if anything comes from this.
  In the mean time - please be aware of their 'file handover fee' a fee to collate the documents and pass these onto my new agent. I don't think this fee is common practice.
  BTW - I've paid the fee and they are still using bullying tactics to avoid handing over the file/keys etc.
  The sooner I'm done with them the better.
  
  Does this sound like I'm frustrated? Harcourts have frustrated me for ~3 months now.
