  Voula is a real Gem for Epping Common bank Branch, she helped me with setting up my business account without any booked appointment with all the patience and with a super helpful attitude. she went above and beyond to expedite my account setup process not even office hours she even reply my emails after hours. I highly recommend people to ask for Voula if they want exceptional customer service.

  Not happy with customer service in Epping plaza branch, I called customer service before heading to bank and they said someone in branch see me straight away as I called and booked before leave home.
  The lady on front entrance her name is Gale, she talk very rude, she said I have to wait half an hour doesn’t matter if booked or not for appointment. I told her that In 15 mins I have to leave for work as I’m a healthcare worker. But she didn’t understood me and she didn’t help at all, but there is other lady came after gale left for her break, I talk to her and she helped me in very good way she increased my limit on the counter so I can maid payment online by myself and it’s easy but gale she didn’t even advised me like this anything. She needs to improve her customer service definitely and should learn from her colleagues how to talk with customers.

  Dionne Spagnuolo was amazing she helped us out with our home loan application which was last minute but she got it done. Words cannot thank you enough Dionne, you are a star. We walked in the bank thinking we have no choice but to let everything go but when we met Dionne she worked through our diffulties and finally it got approved. CBA is the best. Thanks Dionne

  If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service and overall communication was disrespectful and out of line. One machine swallowed my cash and I was waiting almost an hour for it to be rectified. Mind you, I am still waiting for the money to be deposited into my account. These people walk around like they're superior to you. Better off going to another bank! Never again!
