    Walked in amazed at what a great shop , only to be left disgusted. After 10 mins of looking for an item I go to the front counter to ask for help , I clearly interrupted a personal discussion between 2 staff members chatting about their weekend planned.
    When I asked for help I got the death stare & told I'd find it in the boating section. No offer to show me where that would be or come help find the item with me & discuss the different products available.
    No wonder people shop on line , why would you buy from a store that clearly have no interest in serving or helping their customers.

    The staff at BCF Epping are so helpful and friendly! A special thanks to Ray for going above and beyond to help me with gift for my dad. Ray has a wealth of knowledge and was very helpful and friendly! Thank you Ray!

    Great staff, heaps informative. Helped me get the right lures and right spots to catch some good fish. And helped me get the right life vest for my son. 10/10 will definitely be back

    Drove an hour to look at a beach tent today. Was told there was not enough room to look at it, even the large open and empty space at the rear of the store. Customer service guy was friendly but couldn't be bothered helping us, not a huge request to see a product before buying we thought. Wasn't that busy so we were gobsmacked but not surprised why retail is dying.

    The stores staff are very knowledgeable in my experience and this store has a larger variety than many other BCF stores that are larger.
