  Very happy with our experience with Vicki Evans at Ray White Epping during our tenancy. She was always polite, friendly, responsive, and prompt. We had a few wear and tear issues with the house, as expected, and Vicky helped get onto a plumber or electrician within 24hrs each time we needed it.
  We just vacated the property after giving it a good clean, and our bond was returned to us in 2 days. Some property managers are petty and generally difficult (I have horror stories!), but Vicky made us feel like our efforts in looking after the property and communication were appreciated. I would happily deal with Ray White Epping and Vicky again in the future.

  We have been with Ray White Epping since 2015 and have dealt with 4 to 5 property managers. However, our experience with Vicky Evans was great throughout our tenancy. She was always very responsive and also helped us to get the issues fixed in the earliest possible time. We just vacated the property and there were few issues highlighted by the landlord which could have been difficult to manage if there was no support from Vicky. She guided us throughout and coordinated really well on all matters. Finally, our bond has been returned in full. I would highly recommend Vicky and would be glad to deal again in future.

  We engaged Ray white Epping for our investment property at the start of 2021. They were great at selling us their services but I found that the PM had very little knowledge in how to handle difficult tenants/ situations.
  We had the most awful tenants that were clearly abusing the system in place.
  
  Before signing the tenants on, we notified Ray white of a minor plumbing issue. The manager at the time said she wouldn’t mention it to the tenants until after they moved in and told us this was ok. We assumed all was well but we had ongoing issues with the tenants. We switched agencies 5/6 months after as the PM just had little experience in dealing with the difficult tenants/ tricky situations and I’m so glad we did. We ended up reading correspondence from the PM to the tenants that actually painted us out to be the difficult ones, which was disappointing.
  We did eventually give feedback to the main owner/ manager after advice from our current agent but it was difficult to get her to understand or even accept what had occurred without getting defensive so we did not pursue it further.
  
  Our new agent ended up advising us of everything, kept us fully informed and organised for repairs and handled the tenants brilliantly.

  Whitney Young has been an excellent property manager ever since she was assigned by Ray White Epping to manage our rental property. Whitney's work ethic is second to none and she has always been responsive to our needs. With our most recent lease of the property she has made the whole process stress free and smooth both for us as landlords and the tenants.
  We are glad that we have chosen Ray White Epping as our agency and again the work that Whitney has done for us in terms of managing the property is absolutely commendable..

  Very pleased with the service we received from Vicki Evans from Ray White Epping. As first time renters, She was always quick to reply to us with any queries we had and always had time to answer questions. Also she was a big help with the moving in and out process. Definitely recommend Vicki. Thanks again.
