    I was sent to Genesis Care Epping to receive radiation treatment and what I did was far more than just treatment, it was total care. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated like a person and not just a number. In the times of covid where masks have been compulsory the amazing team on the front desk put in so much effort to remember who I was and greeted me so pleasantly everyday. The amazing technicians who were in charge of administering the treatment always made me feel so welcome and comforted and took the time to get to know me and always showed a genuine interest in who I was. The nursing staff were spectacular and genuinely cared about me and would regularly check up on me even when I didn't have a nurses appointment. I could not recommend Genesis Care Epping highly enough and am so lucky and grateful that I was able to receive my treatment here. Parking was also easy and ample including undercover parking. If you have a choice there really is no choice when Genesis Care Epping is involved and I wish I could give them more stars because that's what all the staff are, stars.
