  Worst customer service. They do not reply to emails. I still haven't received my order, and no one seems to care. Never again!! So disappointed my grandson missed out on his presents. His birthday has come and gone and presents still hasn't arrived

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! 
  Their lack of communication is so unprofessional, I was left waiting after I sent several messages with weeks in between asking where my order was with no response.

  Just wanted to thank Little Characters Store for the amazing products. Jen who I deal with is very friendly and attended to my request in an instant and helped me to swap the quilt cover design I chose form my sons bed. Thank you Jen and the team for the excellent customer service:) very happy customer here and will definitely buy from this store again

  I've ordered $240 worth of gifts from this site. I have received confirmation via Messenger with an order confirmation but no communication since. I've tried messaging, texting and phoning but no responses. The tracking number says delivery on its way in Apr but I ordered at the end of May. This is a suspect company and I will be seeking a payment reversal.
