  Booked my 4 year old to have her ears pierced today. Staff were professional, thorough and very friendly to my daughter who was a little bit nervous. They did a fantastic job and explained after-care in detail, would highly recommend them for little kids with being a company that does double applicator for kids.

  I recently had my brows waxed and tinted for my wedding and was so happy with the results.
  I have been an intermittent client of essential beauty Epping for a few years and have always been happy with my services. The staff are always professional and do not rush the service, the shop is also clean.

  I came into essential beauty to get my industrial pierced. Rosa was doing my piercing and after going through all the risks and assessing if the piercing was right for me we went ahead and did it. Rosa was fantastic at settling my nerves and helping me feel calm and made the whole process so worth it. Rosa was also friending polite and went beyond for me. I will definitely be returning for any piercing or waxing services!

  Terrible experience. Would not recommend it. My lids were sticking together from the wax when I walked out. I have 2 very noticeable cuts from the tweezers. I will not be going back.
