I asked other staff she said she doesn’t know and walked away instead of asking some of her colleagues . Shocking and rude service nobody bothers to even greet you at the counter. I ended up getting it from priceline atleast they listen to you

Appalled by the service at Chemist Warehouse in general. I’d rather drive further and get amazing service than go somewhere to walking distance who are not trained in their profession. Such a shame they have a good selection of products. This is the second chemist warehouse that has given me a bad experience. They’ve defiantly lost me as a customer.
