  I had very bad experience with the dominoes 7 years back. But now, my heartfelt thanks to a wonderful team , good food and for the best service. This again to my dear Epping North Dominos pizza. It would be better if you could please fix the entrance door because most of the times during heavy wind the door seems to open and the accumulation of the dust and dirt from the road is very bad.

  1 pizza took 40 plus minutes. Called the store indian manager is really rude unprofessional. Learn how to talk with customer. Pizza quality is very low and burn also.

  Very sad to say about this experience.
  Found a Fly in triple choc brownie which i ordered along with pizza last month end.
  Called the shop for a replacement and the shop manager initially said, sorry we are busy now and no delivery ppl.. and then messaging back saying okay i'll come..
  I said it's fine , i'll get the refund as thought he would really be less with people.
  Went to shop after couple of days for refund, was surprise to hear no apologies from the store manager. He just took a photo of my order and returned the money. Such a wasteful customer experience.
  Not sure what hygiene they keep.
  Initially thought won't post but somehow didn't like how the store manager dealt with this. No apologies no sorry.. seems like he has done some favour to me by refunding the amount for that Triple Choc brownie.

  I just ordered from domino’s I got one of my things on my order but the mini Dutch pancakes didn’t arrive they gave me brownies that are tiny. that’s very very disappointing and I’m very mad, they need to check the orders more better and if they don’t have it in stock call the person

  I had a domino’s pizza on 24/10/23 and I was impressed by Sandy (a male in mid twenties)
  
  This guy is honestly a machine. At 11:55 he was making pizzas, taking orders, answering phone calls and running a busy place all by him self.
  
  Even thought he was extremely busy he was still super friendly, provided exceptional customer service and made a great pizza.
  
  This guy deserves double salary as he works for two people.

  Great service over the phone, great pizza, very good quality toppings, and delivered promptly, still hot. Hot chocolate lava cake was a real hit, delicious. Courteous delivery driver too.

  Disgusting and would not recommend anyone eat from there.. I put a complaint in with management.. they need an OHS visit

  Order was delivered after 45 minutes. Pizza was cold. When I called to store for different inquiries and ask for the Store Manager, crew member has replied that he doesn’t know when the store manager working hours and even doesn’t know direct dominos customer care.

  The pizza is so small and the taste is pretty average. For $18 it's really not worth your time.

  I just got some great pizzas from domino’s Epping customer service was great poor guys on New Year’s Day are over loaded with work and still the guys took the time to make sure my pizzas where on point great work guys the pizzas looked and tasted great happy new year to you all
