Gus was caring & be patient with my old lady, love how both of them keep chatting with old lady that keep her calm & get herself comfortable. Fast no pain carefully care for her threw the whole time. It is our first visit But wow thanks for the smiling faces and so good to our old lady the receptionist even hold the door for her
